Welcome to our website and thank you for taking the time to learn more about Jack Barber Racing.

In my first season, my goal is to perpetuate the success I have achieved in point-to-point racing and to build on that, as a springboard to success in the National Hunt field.

Whilst my wife Jade takes full responsibility for training the pointers, I will be focusing on my new National Hunt career.

We are fortunate to be supported by our friendly and dedicated team of experienced staff, who are passionate about the welfare of the horses and the success of the yard.

Higher Peckmoor Stables is set on the Dorset/Somerset border in the Seaborough Valley,  a place which has become recognised as a horse racing hub, thanks mainly to the exploits of my grandfather Richard Barber, who started his point-to-point training here 30 years ago.

Hence, we have a well established gallops and superb schooling facilities.
